He's earned a league-wide reputation for being a dead-eye shooter. Like Green in 2014, guys are either face guarding him or getting burned once and never leaving him the rest of the game. He's been pretty clutch too. But his ability to run offense, and man to man defense aren't great still. But when he's been starting, he's held the confidence to shoot.

Pretty much, but who can honestly say with this ty Spurs squad.
Poetl is playing in an entirely different system than last year, he was accustomed to playing with a bench unit that emphasized ball movement and he consistently had lanes for easy dunks, etc..
Just strange that they traded for him only to change his game..
He just had two great interior passes though and is playing much better lately. I think thats why you are seeing him play with movement guys like Mills/Beli.
