I am wondering the same thing. It looks like Pop has lost them a lot of the time. Heck, when your starters consistently dig themselves into a double digit deficit to start games, isn't that a clear indication of their motivation level?

This team just flat out sucks and sucks bad. We couldn't even hit the pacific ocean if we were standing in the water. There is no chemistry. Pop is getting harder to figure out. We're not going to even win 40 games if we don't acquire a couple of guys who can play decent defense or at the very least the current non-defensive players (12 - Dejounte Murray already knows how to play 'D') learn how to play defense and in quick order. Hopefully they'll come out of the half and play a lot better and not get embarASSed so badly.

The problem is this Spurs team isn't bad enough to warrant a top-8 pick. And they're not going to tank. We're likely going to finish around .500, which is the worst position you can be in as an NBA team.

Sad but true. 7 teams in the East have worse records than the 14th seed in the West.

Spurs can't break that stranglehold without season-ending injuries to LMA and/or DeRozan.
