Nothing lasts forever....
I'll be honest, even the Nets have a more interesting team to watch than the Spurs, sorry to say.
Nothing lasts forever....
Who would've thought a near mute with a re ed laugh would be able to single-handedly kill a proud 5 time Championship Organization that had been a perennial contender for over 20 years?
The spurs sucking with this team is frustrating because if we were losing with the young players playing a lot it would be okay because we’re developing them but getting your ass kicked with veterans playing heavy minutes is so frustrating
Grizzlies win!@!!!!! what a thrilling game tbh. double OT game, Jaren Jackson coming out game.
His New Balance shoes should come with double straps instead of laces imo.
next game
Agreed. that is what a package centerd on young players and picks don't hurt so much.
The team was likely to suck anyways, but with lottery picks at least you have an interesting team to watch. Spurs looking like this with 2 former all stars is just demoralizing. Terrible roster tbh.
Spurs had a really tough defensive team and they let go all of what made them compe ive last season for nothing really. Murray getting hurt was demoralizing but he didn't carry the Spurs defense on his own like Timvp pretends ....
fire sale and tank.
Agreed. But usually when a major player pulls this, the team he leaves suffers a huge drop. Often they are irrelevant for a decade or more. It is not unusual, just unusual for us. Makes it so much more painful that Toronto is doing well.
Hey, we could be Milwaukee watching Kareem win 5 championships in the 80s.
the Nets have more talent than half the league, and Marks did it without resources, that's the best job of a front office in the last two years with no doubts
so, you mean 29?
idk why so many of you thought this roster would produce such different outcomes.
remember when people on here were complaining about cliff jumpers?![]()
i say 25 at some point it will be at 40, but the blazers will shut down their starters
There have been cliffjumpers on this site since its creation. Every year they've predicted doom, and had to reset and jump again. So, making them sound wise isn't really accurate. They're just consistent and may finally have their day. Hardly brilliant.
True and to be fair, if this season stays this way, I think we'll turn around more quickly than those other teams in the years to come.
Maybe he could be lured back...
I'm upset because a front office should build a better team around two All-NBA players, even with a healthy Murray.
many of us have already pointed out the problem with the front office decisions a long time, today almost everyone sees the obvious failures, but I do not believe that Pop and RC see their own mistakes (so I do not see a change in management happening), maybe they really believe they "did everything they could," maybe they really believe that having guys like Pau and Mills on the roster make a difference, I do not know, I think Pop and his aura alone would already be enough culture inside a locker room, but this is just a opinion
Pop ain't gonna be here very much longer.
this team is falling apart - changes need to be made
last 2 games havent even been compe ive
Spurs still have their leader patty mills.
We need a trade and to waive half the roster tbh
Too much negativity around these parts. On a good note, you only lost by 31 this time, the previous game by 39, so that's an improvement. Cheer up everybody![]()
I’m sensing that this team has a couple of weak spots on the roster. May need a tweak or two.
