They're gonna be several games below .500 pretty damn soon and might be out of the playoff race completely by early to mid December.

Going to be really interesting to see what Pop and RC do when that happens. As I correctly predicted during the Kawhi saga, I don't think they have the stomach for "war-time" scenarios and panic sold on the Nephew.

There will probably be some rumblings from soft ass Lamarcus by then....not sure if the Holts have enough liquid assets on hand to facilitate another RC trade when he's giving out 10mil to get taken to the woodshed again tbh.

Spurs now sole owners of 12th place I believe, with next game at home this Wednesday against the decent Grizzly Bears... (11-5, better record than the Worriers who Spurs played like it was game 7 of the finals)

people are here laughing at Jazz, Rockets and even the Raptors, I really can not do that with the lack of effort (and talent) that the spurs put on the court every game

We won't catch the Suns they have an insurmountable lead

Funny though, they have way more talent than our Spurs do this year. They're all just chillin in their lap pools and hot tubs down there in phx, collectin' them checks without a care

White, Murray, Gay all basically in and out or completely out in preseason and beginning of the season. Could've been a different picture. New teammates worse off no opportunity for chemistry and our best defenders haven't been playing on the perimeter. Aldridge of course having to acclimate with Derozan. This with the fact Aldridge shot ridiculously bad (Career bad). We are only 2 games out of 8th and like 3 or 4 games out of homecourt advantage. West is just that deep this year.

It's not though. It's just the Warriors (who'll be alright) and a bunch of average to mediocre teams. If you consider that deep, then I don't know what to tell you.

The West is tough right now so there's not a lot of separation. Yet past Spurs teams would have used the easier schedule to pad on some wins. Now the team has a tougher schedule remaining and not much area for improvements unless they make some moves.

Warriors aren't what they were. They are favorites for sure but Houston could beat them and then a bunch of tough playoff matchups. Same as last year but a lot less bad teams. So yea, its deeper for sure.

    - size and athleticism of the bucks is an amazing and beautiful thing to see
    - knicks have two absolute steals out of the first round in robinson and trier (that's a good comparison with lou williams), legitimate players can be found anywhere.
    - Dotson going ham

I'd like to see it that way aswell but the Spurs have lost badly last couple of games. They seem to be on the decline.

PATFO would rather stick with nice unathletic guys with big foreheads. Thank you very much.
