When White returned from injury, Pop should have not started him but brought him in off the bench for a few games so that he would have worked his way into the SL and been starting the last couple of games, now making the Davis-for-Dante adjustment. If Forbes is a real rotation player, he needs to be Mills' replacement as the bench sharp-shooting fire... er... sparkplug.
At this point, I'd rather tank, so I am conflicted. On the one hand I want the team to play well, especially now that Davis is getting an opportunity but on the other, I want a high lotto pick and winning meaningless regular season games is really meh come next June when the draft comes around.
I really have to hope Lillard and CJ come in with a desire to right their own ship and win this one, but let's make it respectable and interesting this time. None of that getting blown out at the half ok?

Should I bother watching this, or even waste glances checking on this game? If the Spurs are legit tanking then no basketball play here will be indicative of their play when they do get back to their winning ways (next season). If they are structurally flawed (they are) then no basketball play here will be indicative of their play when this loser roster is turned over (next season). Murray is somewhere eating his gf's unmentionables, Walker is in Austin. Anybody see an incentive to watching 18-19 Spurs (excuse for) basketball that I missed? On the other hand, Clips-Mavs is competing with their timeslot..
