    Nothing happens. Trump wins again.
Nothing happens in the Circuit Court?

    OK, subpoena stands!

If they don't respond to the subpoenas linked in the tweet, they'll get sanctioned. So no, something will happen.

And what's this got to do with the Fourth Circuit?

And what's this got to do with the Fourth Circuit?
“The Solicitor General of the United States has authorized the filing in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit of a pe ion for writ of mandamus against this Court’s orders declining to dismiss the case and to certify an interlocutory appeal, as well as an application for a stay of District Court proceedings pending resolution of the mandamus pe ion,”

Again, what does this have to do with the Fourth Circuit?

Do you know what any of what you just posted means?

Apparently, Trump is afraid of the subpoena and has something to hide so he appealed it.

I just laid everything out for you, and you're still confused? Even Pavlov is dropping hints for you. Maybe you should stick to upstairs trollin'.

No, technically not an interlocutory appeal. A mandamus. The distinction is important, and I think we should all wait for Chris to explain it to us ...

    I agree -- Chris?

    Explain the difference to us.

No, actually you didn't. Again, I'm asking if you know what any of what you just posted means. Maybe you could start by explaining what an application for the writ of mandamus is?

Ah, you're being willfully obtuse. I'm sure that wins you a lot of arguments.

No. The distinction is incredibly relevant and important for several reasons.

Again, please explain the distinction between an interlocutory appeal and an application for the writ of mandamus?

    Ah, you're being willfully evasive.

Just explain what you posted, counselor.

Maybe I should copy paste the entire United States code so you don't have to move the goalposts every 2 minutes. Saavy?

Maybe you should just explain the legal passage you posted.

Is that too difficult for you, Chris?

No goal posts being moved. I asked you to explain the difference. I don't need you to quote 28USC1292 or 28USC1651, although the latter ain't going to help you much.

I see this is serious business for you. Go ahead and provide the answers for your disingenuous questions. I'll be waiting with bated breath.

Well, yeah, being a lawyer, this is serious business for me.

Nothing disingenuous about my questions. I've asked several times if you know the difference between an interlocutory appeal and a mandamus. So far, you're just ting yourself senseless and not answering.

So again, would you like to admit you don't know the difference between the two and have me explain it to you?
