He's always been a garbage player. Guys like him and LMA(selfish mid range chuckers that dont defend/shoot the three) are being phased out of the NBA. Just look at Carmelo. Unfortunately for the Spurs, these two cancers are locked up for a good number of years. They're both crappy enough to keep the team out of the playoffs but not bad enough to tank the Spurs to the top of the lottery. A miserable place to be for a franchise.
I take it back. The Spurs didn't get ripped off allowing Danny to go with Kawhi for Toronto's worst prospect. They got ripped off because they traded for a psuedo-all star.
