I imagine Flynn could talk about quite a bit considering he served as Obama's director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. All NDA's were lifted in his plea agreement and Flynn had to tell Mueller about any and all crimes of which he is aware.

The sentencing memo revealed Mueller isn't running the criminal investigation Flynn is assisting with and it also revealed it has nothing to do with the Trump/Russia investigation. Can you think of anyone currently running any investigations that Flynn could be assisting with?

Grassley is still asking for the 302's and the DOJ is still refusing saying they are part of an ongoing investigation. I can think of an ongoing investigation those would be necessary for and it isn't the Trump/Russia investigation.

There Are Now At Least FOUR Criminal Complaints, Pending Lawsuits, Or Investigations Into Robert Mueller

As special counsel Robert Mueller comes under scrutiny for his role in the Uranium One scandal — with the FBI raiding a Uranium One whistleblower’s house — the number of criminal complaints, lawsuits or investigations into his potentially criminal conduct is growing. That number has reached at least four.
Let’s walk through some of our coverage of the Robert Mueller investigation, which we have been digging into since Mueller’s appointment in May 2017, a month after our inception. (READ: An Army of FBI Whistleblowers Are Ready To Testify Against Mueller).

1. Dr. Jerome Corsi has filed a criminal complaint against Robert Mueller for trying to coerce him to lie

Writer Dr. Jerome Corsi appeared on my show to discuss his criminal complaint against Robert Mueller, and how Mueller covered up evidence of Hillary Clinton law-breaking and of the Democratic National Committee “hack” actually being an inside leak. Corsi said that he believes murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich was the Wikileaks leaker. Corsi was targeted for destruction by Mueller but he refuses to back down.

2. Mueller is being investigated by Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for allegedly framing a right-wing man on a gun charge
As I first reported, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation confirms on official letterhead that a criminal complaint regarding Mueller’s conduct as FBI director is stored in an investigative case file at the Bureau. The Department’s policy is not to release this information in the course of an investigation.
Big League Politics has reviewed police audio of a conversation between Walter Fitzpatrick, witness in the case against Mueller, and TBI special agents Jerry Spoon and Mark Irwin, plus another TBI officer.

Fitzpatrick describes his claim that Darren Huff was fraudulently prosecuted by Mueller’s FBI for the crime of “carrying a firearm in interstate commerce with the intent to use it in a civil disorder” in a supposed right-wing plot in 2010 to take over a courthouse in Monroe County. Huff served time in solitary confinement, and did not wish to be quoted in this report.

Fitzpatrick and others have presented evidence that Darren Huff never possessed a firearm at the location or in the matter alleged by authorities, and that there was no plot to take over a courthouse.


Huff’s lack of firearm, if confirmed by investigators, shapes the case against Mueller for willful misconduct by law enforcement.

3. Mueller Is Getting Sued By A Grand Jury Witness
Mueller has a pretty big headache on his hands.
Fox News’ Bill Mears reported:
“A federal appeals court announced Friday that it would hold a closed oral argument session on Dec. 14, to address a lawsuit apparently filed against Special Counsel Robert Mueller by an unidentified grand jury witness.
Much of the detail in the case remains under seal, and there has been intense speculation in the legal and political communities over the iden y of the mystery appellant.

Speculation in some media was that President Trump himself had filed the lawsuit back in August, but his attorney denied it.
The suit could be related to a possible subpoena for the witness to appear before the federal grand jury empaneled by Mueller, who is looking into a range of issues, including the extent of Russia interference in the 2016 election.”

4. Mueller Stands Accused of Treason

against Mueller filed by retired Commander Walter Fitzpatrick, the same citizen issuing the third complaint, on July 26, 2017. Mueller’s corrupt is so deep and so vast, one wonders how he can even be considered reliable in DC, unless one knows just how corrupt DC truly is.”
