Demar Derozan C - Great offense late in the third. Struggled to make the right decisions in the 4th. Showed zero commitment defensively leaving hart open a few times in the fourth by ball watching. Despite the 30pt game, this was a somewhat poor performance.

Rudy Gay A+ - Carried the offense in the third. Super efficient the whole game. Should have looked for his shot more in the 4th. Gay was one of the 3 best defenders tonight. I never would have imagined saying that years ago during his memphis days. Scored over 30 tonight. Hopefully its a start of something new. A healthy gay is a better offense than Aldridge at this point

Aldridge C - His shot was off tonight. Missed a few easy kick outs. Was soft in some occasions. Defensivley he was below average but to be fair to Aldridge, its very hard to defend pick and rolls when you're constantly trying to defend it with Mills and Forbes and Marco.

Mills C - Actually hit a couple shots but his leadership wasnt enough today to make up for his physical limitations. Defense effort was an A but results close to a D.

Forbes D - Some nights he looks like an NBA player, some nights a G-League player. This is one of those nights. Bad defense. To be fair, at least he tries. Guys like derozan are just lazy

Marco Beli F - Lakers making runs with him on the floor. If you have ever played ball before, you would know what fake defense is. Dude is limoted defensively and put fake defense on top of that..ouch. offense is mediocre.

Ante Cunningham F - His limitations stagnated the offense in the fourth. Caused the lanes to clog and in turn caused low % shots that turned into easy baskets in the fastbreak for LA. He's too slow and dumb defensively.

Bertans D - Was a disaster out there. Fould three pointers, limited defensivley. Still mpre valuable than Cunningham though

White B - Fathead 2.0 deserves more minutes. In most minutes only him and Gay are positive defenders. Not to mention he does a better job running the point that our two 5'11 SGs mills and forbes. Really mind boggling

Pop F - Played cunningham too long in the fourth. Didnt get gay a single shot for gay in the 4th until it was too late. Forbes again, bad timeouts.

Scott Brooks might be the only guy in Pop's way of becoming the worst coach in the league. If this was Messina coaching the way he has, everyone would demand he be fired. Living on Tim's coattails till they fall off.

Pop and the coaching staff are doing a tremendous job, given the talent we have. And a lot of it is due to injuries.

We are a half court team, and DJ was supposed to run in the open court but he is not here, and we need someone like him badly.

He was also supposed to be our best defender, someone that can guard 1 to 3, and that's also something we need badly.

Last, but not least, his rebounding. Since they change the rules last summer, offensive rebounding is more important than before, and DJ is as good of a rebounder as they come.

We really miss him being out there.

Having said that; Bertans, Bryn, Patty, Dante, and Beli all suck whereas White and Poeltl lack experience and are prone to rookie mistakes. So, yes, it's Pop's fault.

    Patty Mills - F

Was horrible on both ends of the floor. Couldn’t make a single shot when it mattered, turned the ball over multiple times, and him getting beat off the dribble multiple times late in the 4th quarter is what led to the Lakers getting three consecutive wide open looks from three, of which resulted in 3 straight made 3’s. Only reason he was in the game is because Bryn Forbes was somehow worse.
