North Carolina hasn't unleashed Nassir Little, who's coming off the bench, playing just 19.6 minutes per game. We're still getting enough flashes of upside with explosive finishes and pull-ups off the dribble, though. The draw to Little stems from his powerful, athletic 6'6", 220-pound frame, plus face-up scoring ability and the versatility to play and guard both forward positions. And there is a good chance that even if coach Roy Williams continues to limit his opportunities, NBA lottery teams will overlook the lack of production for long-term potential. However, he is further behind than initially expected, starting the season five-of-18 from three with six assists in 157 minutes. He's leaning mostly on his physical gifts, and he'll need to start showcasing more skill to earn back a spot in the same tier as RJ Barrett and Cam Reddish.

    Thoughts?

Reports I've read say his defense is solid.

His wingspan is 7'1 and has been compared to Kawhi here: https://www.thestepien.com/2018/08/0...nassir-little/

Kawhi is listed at 6'7. Not that much of a difference.

Who has the biggest forehead in this draft class? Whoever that is, that is who the Spurs will pick.

Littles, Wilkes, Hunter, Rui, Sekou - I’ll take anyone with our first pick.

    2nd pick - Herro, Bruno

2nd round pick - Kosta, Borisa

I will throw up if true. He's the biggest bust out of all the prospects. Bleacher Report showing their hate for the Spurs as per par.

He will be there for sure. I personally wouldn't draft him that high. If the Spurs end up around the teens then you go for it. Imo

Yep. Hachimura is getting somewhat overrated. He's a four without range. He could totally play in the NBA, especially if he can hold up at the five, but he's not really the answer to the Spurs' wing problems. A Charlotte fan on RealGM suggested the Spurs moving Gasol and the Toronto pick for the Hornets pick and Biyombo. I'd do that deal if the pick isn't too heavily protected. The chance to get into the late-teens and grab Rui after using the team's natural pick on a regular wing would be tremendous. Failing that, grabbing Hunter with the Spurs' pick and Lawson, Wilkes or Bazley with the Toronto pick feels like a better idea.

Damn, that would actually be brilliant. Wouldn't mind starting a "Process" until Biyombo's contract runs out. I'm all aboard trading Rudy to a contender for a late pick as well. If PATFO really cares about San Antonio over themselves, they get on board asap

I also like Hunter he has height and wingspan you need from your SF also think Wilkes would be a safe bet.

It's gonna be hard to get a first-rounder for Gay unless the Spurs take back bad salary or add in other player. Best I could see is a team like LAL trading KCP and some sweetener for Rudy. Otherwise, you might see a situation like Portland offering their first to make a Turner-for-Gay trade happen, with Bertans or Beli also going out for SA. Either trade works in my mind, though I'd prefer one where SA keep cap space open.

It’s looking like Boston is going to get a pick around 13 would trading Gasol or LMA for that pick and a player? They really have no big Barnes is in his last contract year and Hartford is playing shifty and has two more 30 mill year left.

I been saying that the way to go might be to trade Gasol for another bad contract and a higher draft pick. Batum is also an option

Not sure about hachimura. Im not seeing any signs of dominance inside.

The other japanese dude with Memphis though...hes on a two way contract. He can shoot, move offball, drive straight lanes and is was a DPOY in college at 6'9. The spurs can use him.
