I would say this is a of a meltdown from the POTUS but it's fairly par for the course over the past year.
Julie-Yanni says that Mueller is accusing Manafort of lying about Trump and whether Trump knew about the Trump tower meeting.
If true;
1) Mueller does not accuse - or more accurately CANNOT accuse without solid proof. So he will have to file his proof in court today - either redacted or not.
So if this report is true - Mueller has proof that Trump knew about this meeting.
2) This officially ends the "no collusion" lie that the entire American CULT has been parroting for over 2 years. Trump knowing about the meeting and then crafting a false letter defending Trump Jr. (adoptions) places Trump right in the middle of Conspiracy to Defraud the USA - (collusion confirmed) and Mueller probably has multiple pieces of do ented evidence - not just Manafort's lies.
