But my comment on him being overrated took into account the fact that he hasn’t played any meaningful so far and critics treat it as if he did.

Playoff meaningful? no he hasn't even played any games yet where Lakers were fighting for one. Lakers were realistically eliminated by March last season.
But now that he is playing with Bron with higher expectations and plenty of national TV games, I would argue his mins this year are plenty meaningful ... as any regular season games can be , outside of the last month of the season where teams jockey for homecourt.

My fear he may prove just enough to get traded and I like the kid.
The city loves him as does the front office we will see ...
