I'm pretty sure I saw Brook Lopez begging for change in Austin the other day.

Dante gets hung up on screen. Markkanen hits a three. Pop calls timeout and blames Aldridge for not making what would have been an impossible switch
But that block on Markkanen though

How many times does this have to happen for Pop to realize what's happening?

Take out the Cunningham clustered minutes, Spurs would be up by about 30, tbh.

It never should have been created in the first place. Haven't heard any muh touches refrains during this home stand.

I don't get it. Spurs rolling. Cunningham goes in. Pace dies. Forced to play 4-on-5 offensively. Other team goes on a run. Pop frantically subs looking for an answer while keeping Cunningham on the court. Cunningham eventually gets subbed out and the Spurs heat right back up.

The offense thrives; when Forbes is on defense. But you can always count on him to play a key part in defensive stops; when he's on offense.

Wasn't obviously possible that he completely forgot how to play over a summer after a career year, even at 33...

But he really made you doubt... Something personal maybe but he was really terrible. Now he's coming over.

you can't replace him tbh. It's amazing what getting deep position and sealing his man quickly does for his game. He said that they worked on that and entry passes on the home stand and he's back to the player he was last year. Seems like a minor thing, but when he's close to the basket his fadeaway is almost a lay up for somebody his size. It improves his efficiency tremendous. Also nice to see that him and DeRozan go to the mismatch that they create off the pick & roll

Spurs really need to make a trade for a 3-and-D SF so Cunningham ain't in the rotation anymore

It's also amazing what playing a horrible, Boylen coached team does to one's game, tbh.

Question to local Spurs fans, is the rest of the lower bowl as empty as the section on the TV side? I always hate how bad all the empty seats look but I never considered that the non tv side seats might be full of rabid fans.
