21 point lead gone like a fart in the wind.
No lead is safe for this Spurs team. They're liable to fall apart at any moment against any team.

I went shopping with the wife confident that we got this. Wtf?? Lost to the Bulls at home?? !!
dude, I literallly turned from the game to watch the fight card on DAZN and when I found out we lost this I was shocked and still don't know how. We were up big when I stopped watching.

It's exactly on the refs. All these things happened in the second half. Bulls had more steals that fouls. Bulls had more FT's than Spurs. Bulls held Spurs to 31 points. How would Lavine or Valentine help on the defensive end here? It was not that the Bulls lit the Spurs up with offense, where the Spurs showed no ability to defend and they did it without Lavene. This was purely on the foundation that the Bulls were allowed to play handsy defense in a time when you are not allowed too, and the Spurs guards had no way to handle that. And I don't blame them being unable to adapt that quickly.
Your're ignoring the fact that the Spurs had 17 FT's in the 1st half, your acting like the fix was in.

Good win guys. Nice to have such a favorable match up. Not only did we face the worst team in the east but they were also missing their two best players. I'm glad we won and took care of business at home. What is that now, 4 wins in a row? Nice streak we have... oh wait. Did we lose? Did we really just freaking lose to the CHICAGO BLEEPING BULLS? AT HOME? WITHOUT ZACH BLEEPING LEVINE? FU**
sidenote: someone needs to Photoshop a pic of Patty Mills driving a tank tbh

This team better be utterly ashamed of their performance. Im typically an optimist but my goodness, 20 pt lead, at home, against worst team missing their best player, and then they decide not to compete anymore. I was actually starting to get excited about the wins but NOPE! Wont get sucked in again unless we're able to be at least 10 games above .500.

11 pt lead with 7 minutes to go. What happened? Ugh beyond annoying. Pathetic

that. We’ve lost to the Suns and Bulls already. People need to accept the fact that this isn’t a playoff team and a lot of times the players and Pop don’t even give a . The old school fans will come in and say spoiled, this is what struggling feels like. Well that’s honestly fine with me. But Pop has to stop kidding himself thinking this is a playoff roster. Just start the rebuild now.

So in game 30, the Spurs are just going to pack it in when they are 1.5 games out of the playoffs?

What about the second half? You cannot increase your defense intensity and decrease the fouls called. Just saying.

Not that I would blame the refs for that Spurs loss, but it's a sure bet - pardon the expression - that Tim Donaghy is not the isolated case the NBA would have us believe.

The touchy touchy rules interpretation for fouls this season is a perfect setup for corruption among NBA officials. It gives refs an ironclad excuse for calling a foul on just about anything they please.

Some of what I see in every game I watch, Spurs or others, doesn't just make me want to call the refs names, it tempts me to call the FBI.

Be that as it may, this Spurs loss is traceable to whatever Pop did, or didn't do, at halftime, and throughout the second half. It's a coaching loss.

Spurs took more FTs and the Bulls had more fouls called against them, again doesn't scream that the fix was in.

Spurs got worked by a team with a 1/3 of the talent. Mills, Forbes and White combined for 1 basket, eRozen scored 21 on 23 shots- can't blame the refs for that tbh.

Yeah, sometimes the game just isn't meant to be.

When your main guard core goes for 11/34, you aren't going to win many matches...even against teams like the Bulls.

Let's hope it makes for a vastly mo bettah game tonight! 5 and 1 isn't horrible for the home stand.
