Yup just saw DJ instagram story of Lonnie Walker coming back and everyone greeting him. Probably just for practice though

does that mean they are on the bench for the next game?
Let the Lonnie Walker Experience begin! I can’t wait for the first time he refers to himself in the third person in an interview
Wouldn't get too excited. Could just be for the holiday or until the next Toros home game.
Nothing to see move along.
No idea. Maybe joining the Spurs for any practice sessions since they're off the next few days. But hoping they'll join the team soon. Moreso Lonnie than Metu, Metu still shows some rawness to his game
I don't see why they wouldn't be on the bench for the next game. Whether they play though....
implying Lonnie isn't just as raw a prospect
Regardless if Lonnie plays it would be nice to see him on the bench in uniform and possibly get some garbage time minutes if anything
Agreed. Much more exciting than having Pondexter or Cunningham in there.
I feel back for person sitting behind him.
FINALLY!!! (got him in fantasy...)
My guess is that it's practice related. With Pau likely still limited and Murray out, having the other 15 guys together would let them run three separate units. Spurs have a lot of they need to work on.
Ex- ing-actly. There is no ing reason why Walker should be behind these two in the rotation if he's healthy. NO ING REASON!
From the small amounts of time I've seen them play, Metu seemed a bit more like a raw prospect. But idk
Agreed. I think he’d take their minutes tbh, except when going against a taller/athletic SF/PF where Cunningham would be inserted. But then again I’d rather see Metu, Moore and Huestis and see what they can do.
Seems to be the most likely scenario, tbh.
Would it be possible that Pop is pissed with LMA for not rebounding and DDR for taking bad shots that he make them sit this game out?
Pop isn't tanking, so no.
Hmmmmm
Merry Xmas everyone!!!
