in Foxboro against Belichick? I doubt it. It'll go down to the wire
A lot of that was conceding yards b/c the big play potential wasan't there.

They played the usual Larry, Curly and Moe division rivals and went 5-1... however, they were pretty dominating wins, it's not like they got really pushed against any of them
The only one I can point to the Patriots getting lucky was in the Chiefs game, which was literally a case of... last team to get the ball wins.
Colts fans: Tie the Horseshoe!
ans fans: an Up!
Steelers fans: Tie it up!
The likes of Tennessess, Detroit, Jacksonville handed them their asses (double digit wins). Yea, the AFC East and hitting otherwise good teams at the right times seemed to give them the boost they needed. They are not a first round bye quality team.
The stupid rule of division winners getting an automatic needs to be done away with. The Chargers should be the number two seed with the Pats 3rd, and Texans 4th.
Definitely that time of year. The Cheatriots with a week off and some home cooking while quality teams like the Colts and ans beat each other up to get into the playoffs.
Patriots would easily beat the Colts IMO..
Something that will be overturned only after the Cheatriots are no longer perpetual beneficiaries of a weak division.
If Luck were on the Vikings, we'd be on a Super Bowl path, tbh.
Agreed, but it's not a nuclear crime like the 7-9 Seahawks vs. 11-5 defending champion Saints type of . That one was nuclear.
Luck is less than .500 against the nfc...
All the Patriots losses were on the road. They held serve at home, which is the trademark of a true contender. 8-0 at home, couldn't be any better.
Jacksonville was an early season case of a team with a prideful defense, at home and hot off last year and seeking revenge over last year's championship game with questionable PI calls and . Also, the game was over 90 degrees and humid. Brady doesn't play well in heat. Sub .100 in games over 90 degrees and sub .250 in games over 80 degrees. Thankfully he doesn't play baseball, I guess.
Detroit game... again very early in the season, against a coach looking to beat his old team. At home, again.
Tennessee was streaking and at home after a big win at Dallas. Also at home.
Dolphins finish was sheer luck, and the game was over 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Again, Brady in the heat factor.
Chiefs game... both teams played well, the team with the ball last won.
He don't have the Vikes receiving core, rb's, or defense, bruh.
No doubt. Belichick owns le papers on Andrew Cuck. But they won't face off against each other, because the way the NFL playoff system works. If the Colts advance to round 2 they get to get massacred at Arrowhead.
Simple slant route by Luck on 4th and 2 convert; midget Cousins couldn't do that consistently at all.
That drum line celebration.
7-9 and would have been 6-10 if the Saints had anything to play for
Ebron went from scrub to Pro Bowl-caliber player in less than a year..impact of scheme and QB change, it makes or breaks careers..
Anyone got that playoff schedule that NBC just showed in a flash? I can't find it anywhere online by googling, tbh
