I would really be annoyed by adding Vuc. Probably would include Gasol and the Raps pick in a potential trade but I would rather Aldridge and Poeltl split up the 5 minutes and Gay and Bertans do the same at PF.

It's hard to see how that gets a done. Maybe if they like mills we could do a mills + pay for vuc + Fournier? Not sure either team would do that. Maybe if Orlando wants a look at Kanter there could be some 3 team deal... it's just seems like an odd trade fit.

I keep seeing posters saying this, and think this is a carryover from earlier in his career when he preferred hanging out on the wings. I think some of that thinking changed for him last year and he's been killing it in the deep post lately. In fact, I think his game has taken back off again this year when he started pounding it inside again and not settling for his 15-18 ft jumpers.
He is burying people down there. So far this year, he has outplayed most of his counterparts at least once, including AD, Jokic, KAT, Capela, every center on the Clippers, Lakers, and GSW, etc.
So even though this had merit once, I don't know that it still does. He seems as happy as he ever has been here and with Coach Pop. He recently said he would like to play out his career here if the Spurs wanted him. So until I see otherwise, I'm calling bunk on this.
I wish Walker hadn't gotten hurt and had developed into a stud already. Would have loved to see Walker best Nephew. Like... we've already got a younger badass that can match some of what was lost.

He played 55% of his total minutes at C last season too. He's been a center for a season and a half already.

It would have to be Mills and Gasol, if they wanted Fournier and Vuc plus a 1st. Not crazy about that deal.
