While this team may lack Star power, i have a crazy su ion everyone enjoys player together on this roster, and they are becoming just that a serious team. Everyone on this roster if you think about it, has something to prove. Meaning Drafted late, or not drafted, came from G league, was traded, or is coming back from injury..
While i have no illusions they are wining the chip, i am starting to enjoy the ride till the end.
Whats the over under Kiwi pulls a ( fake hammy injury, he can ask the Spurs team doc for a diagnoses during a timeout just for fun ) in the 1st qtr and is out for the rest of the game. this saves face for him being that he can say he showed up to play.
I hope this game gives us a small peek into the workings of Leonard's mind.
What are his motivations? Was his behavior the manifestation of some long-held, petty grudge? Is he a closet Trump supporter? Is the whole thing simply a result of his uncle's clumsy and inept management? Is it racial resentment towards Pop and the white front office? Is he simply unable to endure the pain of his condition? What does it say if Leonard refuses to even make the trip down here?
