dogs >>> people. much rather hang out with a friend who has an excited happy dog than a friend with some snot nosed little crapping in his pants and throwing tantrums tbh
You gotta have your sons to carry your legacy and a daughter to ensure you don't die in a nursing home tbh

agreed to a degree. if the dog is small and clean, i dont care at all. if its a lab jumping all over me and shedding all over, yeah that can be quite the nuisance if i'm not in the mood for it

but i'm also not a fan of those crazy well trained dogs either... like the ones that wont eat a ing steak right in front of them until the owner signals or some . that takes the fun out of having a pet. its cool when your pet has a personality, rather than just being something you basically remote control.
My old dog was like that but we had to train him extensively because he had severe aggression towards strangers that approached him or entered our house without a proper introduction, etc..dogs like that need to be controlled and always occupied..

My new dog that I've only had for 2 months was a street , never had a home, he doesn't know anything

Usually the take of the very young or the old and socially awkward tbh
I'll have a kid one day, sadly, but only because my girl wants some..I really just hate the 2-6 year old period, tbh..if it was up to me, I'd adopt a 10ish year old and skip that part

You've no clue. Young kids can be a lot of fun, and that's when most of your memories are made together. The middle school years are the absolute worst. They become little assholes overnight.

Those years are the best years tbh.. The problem I have is when you pair multiple children in that age group together and have an 11 year old in the mix who acts like he's 4.. Savages... My kids can be my favorite and least favorite people in the world at times, it's craziness.

Dating sites and apps are supposed to be for hookups only. Nikkas actually looking for relationships lol
    rofl tell em.

These s doing it all wrong. Whenever I just feel like getting some easy piece of meat for a week or two, I'll just fire up a Tinder account, post a couple of "Chad" pics (some fake, some not), and just ask the Thot to meet at the bar or GTFO in three messages or less. I generally feel sorry for anybody actually treating it like anything other than a cheaper form of hiring a pros ute. Such a goddamn waste of time otherwise.

trying to actually form any kind of meaningful conversation. It's like drinking from the fire hose of autism on those apps. No wonder UNT feels right at home, imo

My life really isn't that sad for a millennial tbh. It's not the quintessential two parent white picket fence upper middle class upbringing. My grandmother just died. My mom is in SA, my current staying/working situation is in DFW and my dad's side is just outside of Philly. Due to distance I've only drove up and seen them once in person. I didn't receive financial help for college from either parent, though my mom really wanted to she wasn't teaching at the time (not by choice) so I had to use scholarships and Texas grant. I was a self made HS valedictorian and 4.0 GPA college student throughout so I'm really proud of my own self-made accomplishments. I'm the opposite of coddled, and pretty proud of that. Now I make low six figures and I turn 25 in March and life is trending up. I'm not super ecstatic about the way my life has turned out, but it's definitely trending up.

Now, do I want better for my children? Absolutely... but I'm not ready for lil' poppers yet. I want my first kid around 30. I want to have a fully cash-owned house in place for them to live in. Considering private school because public is so ty these days. I'd like to get married and also have the resources to have nice affairs with some beauties on the side (that know nothing of my wife, of course) at their place or at a neutral place like a nice company-paid hotel. It's gonna be a good life, who knows how it will turn out?

If a chick doesnt like animals, they are usually self centered, have maybe one female freind, bi-polar, need attention from alot of dudes. Atleast in my experience with 2 chicks that didnt like animals 😂

2-7 y/o kids are awesome tbh... if they have a minimum of discipline and education of course... best and most important years, they build their set of values at this age.

I loved this period, now mine are almost teenagers, they are amazing kids but yeah I am always nostalgic when I remember this period

Animals stink up the house and have a detrimental effect on deposits and equity. Plus they lick grass and dirt and poop and toilet water and then lick your face. Do not want.

Good you feel that way. It sounds like you'd be a terrible pet owner anyway. Also, don't have kids if stuff like grass, dirt, and poop mess you up.

I was a beagle/hound mutt owner for my birthday at age 7, in March 2001. The weirdo guy neighbors in the halfway house next door were building a fence on the other side of their yard and killed him in February 2002 before I even had him for a year by throwing boards over the fence which strangled his leash around the neck. He was barely a year old. I was the one that found him strangled to death, neck snapped, not my family, nor friends, no one else.

I still remember the day I was going out to the doghouse to feed him a Smithfield ham bone from dinner, and found him dead and motionless. I ran inside and screamed to mom, threw a huge fit, and swore I'd never want another dog ever again. Also, I vividly call that the Spurs beat the Kings at the Alamodome by 20+ that night. I remember Vlade Divac getting a technical foul for throwing the ball backwards towards the stands.

I've held true to that promise to myself on that traumatic afternoon & have really grown to be averse to dogs. Cats are meh, ok, would rather do without, but cleaner than dogs. I'm allergic as to cats though, both actually, but more allergic to cats.

WTF....cats "cleaner" than dogs. Cats are nasty. They just happen to confine all of that to a small defined space if left indoors. And a reasonably trained dog will let you know when it wants to go to the bathroom. And they'll usually hold it until you can accommodate them. And even if they lay big old stinking poops in the house, I'd rather clean up 20 of those than cleaning out a cat box just once. And god damn if you ever have an angry cat or one with some kind of illness because they will damn well find an inconvenient place to pee. And they will pee on that spot for weeks. Even after they are better. And a lot of times, that spot is whatever dirty clothes are in the house. Or a pillow. Or towel.

Not to mention the whole toxoplasmosis thing.

Don't kid yourself. Cats are filthy.

then again, dogs smell worse and can often carry MRSA around their noses
