If that's the case, then half the players in the league suck by your definition. Sometimes you make Forbes sound like Austin Daye.

I admit the guy has made huge strides and has proven me wrong that he's not an NBA player...but why can't we aspire to have a better starting guard than him? We are a championship franchise after all.

What more do you want? He’s been killing it from deep. Like it’s too the point now where I’m surprised when it doesn’t go in. He’s been a HUGE reason we are never out of games and why we’ve been keeping our leads. He just makes us so dangerous, and everyone on the other team has to account for him. That value alone is critical.

He’s been a HUGE reason we are never out of games and why we’ve been keeping our leads. He just makes us so dangerous, and everyone on the other team has to account for him. I was on the Trade Forbes bandwagon big time but my mind is flexible and he has proven he deserves to be on this stage. He added weight he worked on his game and his defense and he has played pretty damn good that last couple of games

We have Murray but he went down with an injury. Pretty sure we would have a Murray-White backcourt right now. Forbes isn't ideal but we could have done a lot worse and right now, he's earning his playing time. It's not like he's giving Dante Cunningham production out there. We just have to live with his shortcomings should they show up in the postseason, but right now it would be foolish to bench him unless there's a better option out there but that's not the case.

Go spurs go!! Its starting to feel like before. I wasnt able to catch the beginning of the game but when I tuned in we were already up double digits. Im almost expecting that already with how we've been playing.

I remember always feeling like that in the timmy era. A road game against a lower quality opponent, we always took care of business.

As we all know, the beginning of this season had none of that. What a remarkable turnaround I'm still stunned by how good we have been recently. BUT I LOVE IT!!!

I'll concede your point but I hope PATFO look at their options by the deadline and not automatically settle on Forbes.

They're not starting they are proven playoff performers.
