Maybe sometimes he is "empty calories" but his plus/minus reflected his impact (Zo's was higher but whatever)
Point is your assessment is not true for last night and has not been true at verious points this year ...

yes there is some element of Ceballos to his game but you can actually run plays for Kuzma Lakers never did for Ceballos which is a huge diffrence especially for a coach.

Nothing to do with kobe and kuzma reminded me nothing of kobe. I actually liked ceballos because he was fun to watch but he just never impacted the game that much. Kuzma is now -0.8 BPM for the season. I didn’t even know it was this bad until I checked but it’s consistent with his game. Will he win you a game here and there? Sure. But he takes what’s avaialble and isn’t a legit creator, more a finisher.

I only brought your boy up because I thought you would find that funny ... 41 with no assists ...and just beat you to the punch ...
and i agree he is a finisher, with some light playmaking skills ...some guys are specialists like that.
Never said he would be a superstar ...not even sure he will ever be an all-star tbh.
I think a mix of Antawn Jamison and Ced Ceballos is more apt ...I see more Jamison then ced but that's just me ...he has a lot more floaters and range than ced, but ced drove the ball harder, finished at the rim better ...

I think Antawn is a good comparison as well. And yes better than Ceb. I don’t hate kuzma just think he’s overrated by most. But was surprised to see your assessment of him which is reasonable.
