Not going to bump that thread but Aldridge ball IS winning basketball
Sure, 47 wins season/first round exit winning ball.

Will say this though: he seems to be putting a lot more effort on trying to get to the paint instead of settling for soft fadeaways. If he keeps this up, the Spurs might be able to win a playoffs series this year.

    Davis showing rare moves.
    A great variety

He or Pop convinced him he was a game-changer, and he has a lot more confidence now, playing looser

    Seth Curry | 63-131 from 3
    @DBertans_42 | 87-179
Come on @NBA 3 point contest is the one #NBAAllStar Saturday event where stats should play a factor.

Right now you have: Lillard , Dirk, Heild, Steph, and Seth. Considering there has been 8 participants the past 5 years @NBA has to make room for @DBertans_42

Aldridge for all-star, Davis for 3 point shootout, and White for the USA vs World game are no brainers.

The league also doesn't want Steph Curry to be beaten by a guy with only 9 fingers.

This guy is a RFA next year. Paid $3.1m. Same can be said about Thomas Bryant.
With Washington's cap situation, it seems more than good bet that neither of them will be back.

Him taking to the rim allows opens up our 3 pointers. In and out. I think that’s winning basketball

I really don't know what has happened this year to infuse Davis with confidence. But he certainly is playing with far more - and not just confidence, but determination, tenacity, grit. Hopefully he will continue to blossom and remain a rotation player for us for many years.

That would be the case if he were a good willing passer off the low block, but he isn't.

With that said, that's another area where he seems to have made some improvements.

Overall, I'm quite happy with the way Aldridge has been playing. He probably has been playing the best ball of his career lately. I have no complaints about him or his effort. He's doing as good as he can.

But no matter how much some of you want to argue the point, a team will never be a real contender with him as the focal point of an offense. Sorry but that is the truth. Is like Lowe said: Aldridge is a high floor, low ceiling type of player. You can be a playoffs team with him as your number one option, you will never be a serious contender.

Walker with 4 minutes, 1 block. I missed the game but saw highlights. It seems that he was in the 2nd half then broke loose? His defense was not up to par yet? Can’t wait for the grades Timvp

Damn, that's just wrong. The best 3pt shooter on the league's best 3pt shooting team, is stonewalled.
Yeah that's ridiculous. I hope something gives with this.

Yep. A gold mine here! Satoransky numbers show that he improves every year, his 3 point percentages are also elite.
