If Chandler is bought out the Spurs need to look into to acquiring him. Also the Spurs should call up the Clippers and inquire about Bradley since they seem like sellers.

If they're trying to tank, they should keep Bradley, he's probably the worst starter in the NBA

I wonder if anybody will attempt to acquire Gallinari..really solid player, but gets injured every few weeks..

The words Forbes and better player do not go together.
word, Forbes is not "much better" than absolutely no player in the league

Harris is not a star. That is why every team just trades him away. Has anyone done a breakdown what Clips got for Griffin now?

I love Galli. But we don't need that combo forward like Gay or Bertans or Cunningham. We need strictly a wing.

Yeah. This is the FOURTH team that has had him on this same contract. That's completely bananas. Dude's a good player, but teams seem to keep hoping he becomes more than he is then dumping him once they figure out that's not gonna happen.

I wouldn't mind Gallo for Gasol at all. I wouldn't pay to make it happen (in fact, I'd want a second), but he's a decent hedge against Gay wanting a long-term deal in the summer, and even if they keep Gay, having four rotation-caliber forwards would make it easier to stomach when Pop keeps the rookie forwards in Austin all year.

Wow anyway Spurs get into all these actions? Pau’s expiring to teams trying to clear space for AD/KD. Get in there RC!

How is the player that the Lakers did trade for from the Pistons? He any good?
Svi would rape all the 3 point contest this year, even with Bertans participating

Spurs value their 1st round pick who will become the next Kyle Anderson way too much to trade it.

If Batum is part of the trade to Memphis, I don't see them keeping him. I think he'd be bought out. If that happens that would be good pickup for the Spurs.
    Batum isn’t going anywhere.
Yeah, Batam is signed through 2020-2021.

Chandler is out after the ASG with a quad strain. I like him but if he starts to have quad's issues...Spurs fans have seen this movie before.

Harris has shown this season he can shoot the ball... The Spurs would be better and he would be a better fit with White and DJ than DeRozan.

DeRozan wouldn't feel by betrayed by Raptors

Kawhi would be happy in LA

I guess the Spurs knew that Clippers trade with Harris and picks was better than Toronto's offer but they didn't want to give Kawhi's camp what they wanted = a successful trade to LA.
I would understand if PATFO thought that yelieding to a player's demands would set a bad precedent for the franchise. But with Pop is always a war of egos and his "my way" over the team and everything.

It doesn't matter if he's or not while he's playing like one. Way better than DeRozan in terms of consistency.

According to Matt Moore, Tobias Harris is 11th in pick and roll ball handler points per possession. Minumum 100 spot-ups, he’s the 9th best in spot-ups. Minimum 100 ISOS, he’s 7th. 20 ppg in 49/42/88 shooting

Gallinari broke his hand punching a guy in a friendly match just before starting Eurobasket with his national team. He completely let down his team, being the designated leader of the group. It was an absolutely stupid action in a prep game, where he not only let down his teammates but the entire country he was representing. Italy Head Coach said "It's unacceptable. Disgraceful. It's hard to explain the meaning of ideas like loyalty and responsibility to a 30y old man." Ettore Messina was the coach.

I don't see Gallinari wearing a Spurs uniform.

I’ve watched Harris a few times, mostly against the Spurs over the years. He’s been forced(?) to carve out a career with the Magic, Pistons and a gutted Clipper team. He hasn’t looked to be a superstar good enough to advance a team very far. Now he’s getting a chance to be a contributor on what should be a highly compe ive team. Actually, he may just be a 4th option. On paper looks like very good move by the Sixers, IMO.

What really sucks is that if the Spurs landed Harris he would probably be 1st or 2nd option. Ouch!

Wanted Harris in favor of DeRozan back in the off-season. The Spurs rely heavily on three-point shooting to win games. Harris was adequate in that regard. DeRozan’s play-making has been fantastic but I don’t know how he and Murray fit together moving forward; one of them has to learn to shoot threes and there isn’t any tangible proof Murray is skilled enough to shoot from distance.

Clippers seem to be making cap space...how about Danilo Gallinari for Gasol, 2nd round pick and filler? We’d put a stranglehold on the NBA Italian fans.
