to be compe ive defensively the Spurs can only have one of Mills, Forbes, Marco and Demar on court, two of those guys together is already a very big defensive deficit to try to overcome, it will only work in rare cases where the attack is shooting lights out
True. I get why Pop didn't want to engage with the lakers but i don't understand how you do that trade after how awful Derozan and Jakob were in the playoffs. I would have demanded Siakam be included in the trade.

If we're being truthful, Spurstalk didn't scout him either. There were reputable posters in this forum calling him an elite offensive player based off his empty, hollow stats.
