Kings move into 8th place.
So basically almost a month ago i gave a prediction of 7-6 till the all star break and voila we went 7-6 and heading to a much needed regrouping.
We are still in play for the higher seeds cause despite how awful we've looked lately those were EXPECTED and SCHEDULED L's.
It's one thing to criticize how badly we are playing and another to cliff jump without a parachute.
There is no higher seeds for this team, its either 7 or 8 or out of the playoffs. I choose out so we don't have to suffer a 1st round exit.
i think spurs ours will make the playoffs as 6/7 or 8 seed
I would be surprised if spurs missed the playoffs completely
7th seed or lottery at this point is ideal. I can't stomach another playoff obliteration at the hands of the Warriors and Spurs have an outside shot of at least being compe ive with the inexperienced Nuggets.
At this point I rather miss the playoffs. Get in the lottery and also wakes up PATFO. Losing in the 1st or second round is pointless and playing the nuggets I don’t think Spurs would be able to defend them at all. This teams not really playoff experienced either tbh. What do we have 5 players that have played meaningful minutes in the playoffs. One is 38 years old and is dust at this point. Another is a known playoff choker. Then there’s Mills Beli and LA. Yeah still more experienced than the Nuggets but it won’t make much of a difference.

if they don’t want to make the playoffs, they should’ve tanked at start of the season..but that’s not the case..

Kings won in OKC and Rockets winning un GS without Harden. Shaping up to be a pretty terrible night.
I think the Spurs will squeeze in at #7, barring a monster finish from Sacto, with them at #8 just a game back from SA. Clips and Lakers will be on the outside looking in, IMO.
Sacto is looking better than we do and they have athletes unlike us, i think they will finish as the 7th seed. At this point its between us and the Lakers for the 8th seed. I say let them have it, i don't want to see another sweep at the hands of snakes and showboating little es but i'm afraid we will, .

People saying we can't go higher than 7,we will be stuck at 8 and play Golden State,Lakers will throw us out of the Play offs and we will get the 14th pick.

If the Spurs get 8 seed, the Pop should be fired.
If the Spurs win these next two games against Knicks and Nets (Nets will be difficult since they play very well at home, B2B, but atleast they won't be traveling), the Spurs will be 3-5 on RRT. However before the road trip began, if you looked at the Spurs schedule, if they went .500, 10-10 over a 20 game stretch that included this road trip, they would be 42-32 with the last eight games remaining. In those eight games, only the one to Denver is a well assumed loss. The remaining seven are all winnable, whether it be on the road or at home. It is possible for the Spurs to win 47-49 games this year with possible seedings from 5-8. When it all plays out, the Spurs would have to have had a clear mental meltdown or another major injury for them to miss the playoffs.
Schedule doesn't matter, this team can lose to any team, any place.
A Nuggets win over Clippers and Spurs win tonight will help.
One more loss than the tanking Clippers
This entire team should be put out of its misery hopefully in time to miss the playoffs.
