Yes, but I got the name of the movie wrong. Stripped Naked is a different movie, but good too.
I was actually thinking of "Naked Fear". Main character is Danielle Deluca, and unlike in most movies, in this case the main character actually does go fully naked... she's a sexy beast, too.

From my limited view of the pornography industry: the past few decades it has shifted from role playing to amateurish. So first of all they can't argue "I'm just a lower tier actress" but more importantly alot of the content seems to come down to being degraded.
