He is only a 4'star, maybe they want him as a preferred walk on?

yes please. He can probably play the nickel spot. But this kid is going to be outstanding.
Grey shirt more likely.
Getting a bit uppity are we...
Specific concerns about next season
1 Is it possible we can hand the ball off to a running back on third and three and actually make a first down
2 Ehlinger and his health and accuracy (the overthrows to Duvernay, those are TDs and that’s why we have him at WR)
3 CB. Can they possibly be 50% of what our safeties appear to be
4 LB. Wheeler and Johnson gone. That’s a lot of corporate knowledg.
We got to win and we are not sneaking up on anybody. We appear to be a slow starting team and we got LSU the second game of the season. I know this is a recruiting thread but I demand improvement in the actual games.
-Chris Del Conte
Texas has offered Williams, Bowman and Davis.

Former Kansas State offensive coordinator (and receivers coach) Andre Coleman joins the Texas staff in an analyst role.
This will probably be a big official visit weekend.
Damn...I hope Netflix caught this on season 4.
Anyways, what exactly is the analyst role so many schools are hiring now?
Coaches who can't be on the field or on the road recruiting, but they assist with the behind-the-scenes preparation like film breakdown, scouting, game plans, etc.
Guys like Saban have built their programs with these worker bees.
A good example is Herman will probably have Fedora working on scouting opponents a few weeks ahead of time.
Is this in place of Beaty?
No word on that yet, but keep in mind Herman is trying to hire several guys.

I don't think so. I read a few days ago that Herman wanted at least six "analysts" and that three of them would have major skins on the wall as a D1 coach (I think it was Orangebloods that reported it). I guess Fedora, Coleman and Beaty would qualify as those three. It looks like Del Conte has given Herman a blank check to get the support staff he felt he needed/wanted.
Also, scout their own weaknesses.
Yup, always.
