You do know that a court accepted the prosecutors evidence and CONVICTED COHEN- and also entered in the official court filing that COHEN was directed to commit these crimes.

So there is more than a "claim" by Cohen - there is LEGAL proof that this is a crime and that Cohen has been proven to be guilty -

and that it has been PROVEN that Trump directed this crime - a FELONY.

The reason Trump is not indicted is because no one has challenged the DOJ policy of not indicting a sitting president.

So it is prudent to gather more evidence of more and more and more of Trumps crimes so that when that battle begins - that the evidence will be overwhelming that - the DOJ policy should be challenged and overturned and Trump should be and will be indicted officially for crimes committed.

The CONVICTION of Cohen in the SDNY - has to be approved by a judge's ruling on the case - so the prosecutors had to present the overwhelming evidence that they had to prove that the facts were confirmed.

The Judge had to rule that

yes - the crime - as described - was committed and that

Cohen - as alleged - was guilty and that

Trump - as alleged and as described - and that the evidence proved - is the person that directed those crimes and those crimes show a conviction. That charge is filed legally and Cohen is going to prison.

Trump is guilty of directing those payments and directing this conspiracy and must be prosecuted for said crime - either now - or as soon as he leaves office.
