Nugz are only 15-14 on the road, while Spurs are 24-7 at home. Nugz 5-5 in the last 10 games and on a 2 game losing streak. Should be a good one.

Looks like IT will be in action for the Nugz

Could be a potential playoff preview as well (if Nugz stay #2 seed and Spurs move back to 7). Also IMO one of the better matchups Spurs could hope for in the playoffs first round.

    https://www.nba.com/nuggets/news/wu-...s-spurs-030419

"This will be the third game between the Nuggets and Spurs this season. The teams have split the first two games with each team winning a game at home. In the most recent matchup, the Nuggets came away with a 102-99 win at Pepsi Center behind a 31-point outing from Jamal Murray."

Off the ball defense on everybody but Jokic will be key. DeRozan and Gay tend to lose the focus too often. Defensive concentration test for them.
How will Poetl and Aldridge defend Millsaap and Jokic when they play behind the 3pt line? Can the Spurs control Nuggets' backourt P&R players?

In the other side of the court, I guess Millsaap will take Aldridge so LA can do a lot for his team making Millsaap spend his energy in defense and hopefully getting in foul trouble. Paul M has been playing very well since AllStar break.

Malone is starting Murray, Harris and Barton so the group coming off the bench is notably less talented. Actually there is an open debate about how I Thomas has a negative impact in the second unit. They play Morris, Thomas and Beasley so the Mills-Forbes backourt won't be physically challenged as often as usually. Unless Milsaap plays with the second unit, Gay should dominate his man as the only tall forward is Hernangomez, not strong enough to stop Rudy in the post.

Denver is fighting for the first position in the Western Conference standings after 62 games. The Nuggets have lost 2 consecutive games and they're starting a road trip so we can expect a hungry team opposing the Spurs tonight. Tough game.

It’s unbelievable how good the Spurs are at home as opposed to the road. That’s a similar home record to some of the championship and contending teams. If all I saw was the home record, I’d swear this team was the 2nd seed in the West

Nice of Manu to bring his real sons to see his adopted sons, the Denver Nuggets, play tonight.

That's because the team is filled with role players (who generally play well at home). One look at the splits and something that jumps out is the Spurs have allowed ~10 more points over average on the road. So the road defense has been terrible and they haven't been clutch. Also they have been losing all the games they trailed going into the 4th.

It seems like an easy format, just find some random tweets. No Melissa pics anymore since SS&E killed the Silver Dancers.

Feed the ball inside and get fouls on Man Boobs Jokic.
2 fouls in 1st quarter,4 by the halftime.

If their-extremely talented unfortunately-backcourt is not red hot from the 3 we will win this.

Nuggets had their entire team available for something like 3 games. Inserting players like IT into the rotation should throw them off a little. If the Spurs come out focused from the jump they should win this
