It's third degree murder if the person actually kills themselves when there is paper/electronic record or someone convincing them to kill themselves. Including text and over the internet.

I don't know if it's a crime if the person doesn't actually harm themself (unlikely; and I'm no saint after screaming on the Spurs board that I was going to join ISIS after the Spurs lost to the Clippers in 2015)... BUT in today's networked society, I'd be awfully careful about what you'd put on the internet with regards to death threads or convincing someone they need to die.
