    well- duh!

of course dear leader cannot be properly and legally investigated!

because he is a victim of that deep state!

    No faith in Mueller, again.

Capone had an actual crime that kickstarted the investigation.
There doesn't have to be an actual crime or even probable cause for counterintelligence investigations. If you think hard, you might be able to deduce good reasons for that.

The CI investigation of Trump is legit, even if no conspiracy charges are laid. The spooks are duty bound to look into stuff that looks spooky.

The prevalence of contacts with shady Russians plus DJT boasting to Russians that he fired Comey beacuse of the investigation was a legit predicate for investigation even if no crimes were found -- which isn't the case.

People all around Trump lied their asses off about the contacts. One of the was even working for Turkey while advising DJT on NATSEC.

If Trump hadn't hired a bunch of crooks and liars we wouldn't be having this conversation, the investigation would be over.

Trump's loud-mouthed public tirades against the investigation and his arm-twisting of subordinates to do something about it in private have done him no favors -- people have been convicted of obstruction of justice for less.

I don't know how you could honeatly reach the conclusion the Mueller inveatigation is a failure: everyone so far has either cooperated and/or been convicted. An amazing amount of corruption in the direct vicinity of DJT has been rooted out, more almost surely will.

    Yet the investigation continued, unimpeded.

    Why was the investigation opened?

How many have been indicted based on that?

The Trump Administration stands out for self dealing and corrupt appointees. You might have to go back as far as Harding or Grant for anything comparable.

No one yet. It's possible no one will be

Is that a problem? If so, why?

None of it had anything to do with the election. Manafort’s shady deals were known long ago. Why wasn’t he prosecuted back then? It was well known. Did the ties to Podesta prevent that?

Nope. No prosecutor starts out with a crime. At most he starts out with probable cause to investigate and has to build a case. Red handed crimes are rare.

In this case Mueller was given the CI brief, an investigation that preceded him, with all the powers of the Five Eyes to check it out.

He's made mincemeat of the President's campaign cronies and NATSEC advisor.

Maybe there are good reasons for DJT to be panic tweeting on the reg.

An innocent man would have nothing to worry about, right?

no, you didnt answer my question. somebody reiterating something we already knew shouldn't get anybody giddy. but it does for you. lol

imagine hillary gets indicted and convicted for uranium one, but then people here celebrate because "lol you nutjobs, there was NO evidence of pizzagate in this case"

Or an innocent man knew it was bull from the start. What crime was committed to open an investigation?
