Since that Wade buzzer beater win against GS Miami has won 8 out of 11. Three losses to Toronto, Milwaukee and Houston. I was wrong they are not the traditional garbage east team hovering at .500

They have better coaching, veteran leadership than the typical East team. The issue with the East IMO is usually overall talent level as well as coaching, or lack thereof. Therefore teams usually end up playing ghetto NYC style chucker ball, a la Hawks/Wizards/Knicks ball.

Or team play rough and tumble bull ball with no talent, i.e. the Pacers/Pistons type ball.

Now the the East has some talent, if the teams have good coaches with power to establish their systems (not get on/fired by ty owners -- looking at you, Danny Ainge), the teams should improve while the Dubs start to implode and make things compe ive again.
