This thread may not have been constructed because of one regular season win but it was certainly well timed don't ya think. I mean how many championships since Duncan retired? It's almost as if the 2015 and 2016 postseasons never happenerd and if you can't get to the playoffs with Kawhi and LMA on the roster, you shouldn't be calling yourself an NBA coach if that's what you meant by win more with less. And the Spurs do technically have two supposed all-stars on the roster so it's not like he's working miracles with a bunch of noname scrubs fresh out of the G-league.

Lol yep just look at those 9 games, barely beat the Warriors/Blazers/Bucks, played a Paul George-less OKC team, choked a huge lead against the Nuggets and nearly threw that one away too. A "revenge" game against the lowly ing Knicks. And beat two lottery teams on the road. And people were thinking this team is WCF bound

Like you can tell not everyone working in the industry has a decent eye for the game. For reference, check TIMVP and his wife iirc they're writers but they come up with some of the most atrocious predictions team and player wise.
At the end of the day, its about feel for the game. Pop needs to surround himself with better assistants.

Do I really have to give you examples to support my point? I actually feel you are right, we should have done better based off our expectations but when you look at the data league wide, we’ve been pretty solid. Top to bottom roster wise, where do you think we rank now as well as those years? Not performance/production based but player wise ( we do more with less ). Enjoy the ride but don’t act like this organization is trashy; I live in Atlanta try being a fan of their product ( Bud says hi )! What could pop do with Milwaukee’s roster�� Milwaukee had been a doormat for years to ac ulate their current talent; you can’t have it both ways. #keepitfactual
