At the end of the day he is black, darkness.

Just because he's gay doesn't mean he can skate.
Oddly the "1st mixed race president" celebration must have came and went without much fanfare.
First time offender, no one was hurt, strong comminuity ties, prosecutorial discretion.
I think there probably should have been a suitable fine for wasting LE's time, but it's not my call.
His mom is white. He's just as white as he is black. He's mixed race.
Blake Griffin, mixed. Tiger woods, mixed. Tony Parker, mixed.
They got carried away with the 16 felony indictments. They could have imposed a penalty on him, asked him to pay and then move on. He's been embarrassed by it, was looking for personal gain and took it too far. There's no reason to have him in jail. There's no reason to have a lot of jailed people in jail. We're paying a fortune for non-violent offender incarceration.
At least offer him the Kraft deal. Have him make an admission
No one was hurt when multiple cops were out looking for the two *assaulters* while got boi was fine the whole time?
Manpower was diverted.
What do you got against gays?
I mentioned that LE manpower was wasted and that a fine would seem appropriate, did you not read my whole comment?
That would kill his career. Kraft doesn't need a career.
The fact that police treated his case so special is part of the problem. Black people get assaulted daily in Chicago and I highly doubt a case such as this would get any attention from them had it not been a high profile "victim".
They are partly to blame.
They would have gotten hammered if they didn't pursue this case like they did.
So? Deal with it. The response should be that each case gets equal treatment.
Point being he would not kill his career as an "out".
If it’s between that an actual prosecution?
No, he's pot committed already.
