    False equivalence. Jussie was indicted, Trump wasn't. You cannot infer crimes because you don't like Trump, then expect anyone to equate that to actual indictments. Classic "whataboutism" if I ever saw it.

    They don't have to be mutually exclusive. If there's a race component then it will be illustrated. Right now it's not about his race or the fact that he's gay. It's about him being a celebrity and having friends in high places, so it seems. Obviously we don't have all the facts and don't need them. If some nobody had their case dropped even with 16 felony charges, there wouldn't be a thread about it. We are partly to blame ("we" meaning the peasants who lift these people up to above-the-law statuses).

    There's a current DOJ policy says the President can't be indicted by the DOJ; pretending an investigation of POTUS is like all other investigations is either ignorant or dishonest.
