Bo was too much for the human body, too fast and too strong - the body couldn't handle it. I always wonder how far he'd have gone if he kept up healthy, probably would have picked up a third sport
i have the old got on ignore but you quoted him so it shows up. lol what a moron. talking about a guy who runs 100m races which is completely irrelevant in the NFL. the entire football field is less than 100 meters, and nobody determines NFL speed by seeing how fast they run end zone to end zone. what matters is the burst to get past the first 2 levels of the defense and to pull away from the secondary. this is why the combine uses the 40 yard dash.

and this guy pretends to be an expert on football and track~~~~

Curtis ey was one of the fastest people on earth in a 60m and FAR faster than Bo Jackson in everything. His burst in a whole other level than what we saw out of Bo Jackson. Thing is Spur has no clue who Curtis ey even is.

I saw both play many times, when it came to just football speed, ey on a whole other level.

NFL fastest players ever and as we can see they do use 100m.

Forget Hines he was a failed experiment and Demps never did make any roster. So ey was one of the top 10 fastest NFLers ever.

Bo is way down there with a 10.3 something.

It's funny how you tell him you have him on ignore but he still answers you, but he's deathly afraid to engage Dok or I since The Outing.

One of the more interesting stories is that of TCU RB/sprinter Cy Leland back in the 30's. A white RB who actually ran a World Record 9.4 100 yard dash. That is STILL unheard of.

Like anything else, some do and some don't.

I do however prefer more the Sword & Sorcery like Conan, Hercules, Solomon Kane etc.
    those suck too.

The only supernatural movies that are decent are ones with a believable science component, and not your garden variety crap like Star Trek, either.

Totally disagree, some of the most entertaining books are those featuring heroic fantasy. And I;ve read all that Hemingway, Bertram Russell, Sinclair Lewis, ens, Fitzgerald, Melville, etc etc stuff.

Greek/Roman mythology a fantastic literary trip.

Conan, Tarzan, Thor, Hercules, King Kull all movies from the books, myths.

    All great stuff.

I've read all the Middle Earth books, from the Silmarillion to the Hobbit to every page of the LOTR, before I was 12. That's still my all time favorite. But that was the exception.

Harry Potter by example is mediocre literature that's cute if you're a 14 year old emo girl. Same for Twilight.

Greek/Roman and Abrahamic (Old/New Testament, Islam) are all fascinating mythologies because of not only how great the stories were for their time, but also when you realize just the sheer amount of billions over time who actually believe(d) these stories were/are true!

But it doesn't change the fact they were all fiction with minimal to zero scientific support.

We all have our thing, nothing right or wrong.

NOBODY...writes the western like Louis L'Amour, nobody does the supernatural like H.P.Lovecraft and nobody does heroic fantasy like Robert E. Howard. You find this out with time.

Hard to beat a Louis L'Amour, Luke Short, Max Brand, Zane Grey novel about the old west. They are as good a read as it gets, with TONS of movies coming from the western writers.

You seem to have very narrow perimeters when it comes to reading.

Who relates to most movies? Movies are escapism, you are being taken far away from where you feel safe.......relate????????????
