Pop really just needs to commit to Jakob in the SL, starting Rudy our defense is worse, Rudy doesn't get the touches and has struggled to produce when left in with the bench, not to mention Jakob has been less productive off the bench with such limited minutes

Have to hope the Cavs will deliberately lose the next game in hopes of getting Zion.
Cavs have a 14% chance to get Zion no matter what they do in the next game.
Probably not, as far as tenure is concerned, but Mark Jackson was pretty bad.
