Would be nice to have Kawhi say something about the Spurs verbally like "I appreciate what Pop did for me", or "San Antonio was a great city and helped me become the player I am", or "I won't forget the city that helped me get my first championship". Agree. I guess that big hug with Pop in public was the first step of his healing process too. I have no doubt we will see more things like this in the future.

Nephew is still under the original Spurs contract. As long as this goober doesn’t win this year, I’ll be fine with the situation. I would understand if he wanted to leave after his contract was over. That is his right. The whole not being around the team and demanding a trade to only LA teams was the ty part of the situation.
