He's consistent at least. Consistently a ing disaster at the end of games.

he just shouldn't play hero ball. DeRozan needs to take under 20 shots per game and focus on hitting the open man. No scoring out of post ups, he's not efficient there
Derozan absolutely made me pull my hair out at points in that game, but in the final 2 minutes, dude hit some big shots and got some boards. He wasnt an abortion, and surely can play better next game.
I just don't get it tbh....guy has such low IQ sometimes....he takes the worst angles when driving to the rim...makes stupid kick out passes when he should take the shot...
I've been beating this drum for months but he does go into hero mode. Time and time again. And it's a ing disaster every time.
Derozan was pretty Fing bad tonight but whether we like or not we need him to play well for us to win
LOL. DeRozan in his postgame interview, and they keep asking him about Derek White.![]()
Not sure if you really want him in that long but at least Demar can play more than 33 ing mins in a playoff game![]()
Which is more correct in the final minutes when TEAM ball is most essential?
Passing the ball
Shooting every time a la Kobrick style?
This is hilarious. What was the point of sitting Rental Nephew for 1/4 of the season if you're not gonna play him 40MPG in playoffs? What a stupid ing coach

Agree with this. He kicks it out when he should have lay it in. But I hope this gets fixed in the off season when he gets acclimated in the Spurs offense. It's just his first year.
LoL at some of the assholes who seem to be pissed off that the Spurs won. They have to be ing and moaning about something and it seems they can't even just enjoy the win.
It's not enough to just shoot the ball. First you have to dribble for 12 seconds or so. THEN you jack up the ty shot.
Your fan base should be thoroughly pissed. I don't even know who you should be pissed at. Is Kawhi demanding the bench time, or is management trying to prove to him that they care about his health?
He ain’t even looking to pass to nobody unless he’s already on his way down after he’s jumped and he can’t get his shot off.
And you can tell he’s dumb because he does it over and over even though he’s missing or turning the ball over. He won’t step back and say, ok let me try something else.
He’s like Tony Romo in crunch time.
I hate the jump passing and tunnel vision he gets at the end of games but he wasn't totally awful tonight. Hopefully he can build on this win and play better
I'm going to chalk it up to Nurse being a re . But if Game 2 is close and Nephew doesn't see close to 40 mins, that might be a Dennis call tbh.
I mean, it's clear how useful he is to the team, but at the same time, I don't understand why he continues to be put in situations where he's a consistent liability.
Pretty sure it's Nurse being a re . This is why they 'load managed' Nephew the whole year. If Nephew is leaving anyways, you should be playing him 40+ MPG to get your value's worth. If he might stay, it's because they advance to Finals - which still requires him playing 40+ MPG.
I thought he played very well in the 1st half, didn't force much and picked his spots..too much hero in the 2nd half, though..at least they aren't asking him to do too much like they did in Toronto..White's emergence has been a blessing, in that regard .
Tbf, if there's such a thing as a demoralizing win this was it. The Spurs didn't really win, they just kind of sucked/choked less than Denver.
It's better than a demoralizing loss though I guess.
They're both mediocre teams tbhdubs would sweep both easily tbh
No such thing as demoralizing win. It reminds me of the time when Laker fans said stupidly after they lost game 5 in '03 against the Spurs on a Horry missed 3 that the loss was actually good for the Lakers and bad for the Spurs. We all saw how that series ended. Probably the dumbest thing I have heard in here in a while.
