Not gonna read the whole thread, but I like this comment and response just because of all the talking here for the last couple of weeks:
all that strategic tanking and master manipulation of the standings led us to the one team we should have avoided in the first round. well done.
Yup. Just prepare your team for something they've never seen and clearly weren't ready for. Stressed about a second round. Embarrassing.

They're right. Nuggz are going to learn from this and come out with much more (dare I say playoff level) execution and intensity in game 2. That could be a blowout pretty easily if they hit their shots and feed off an angry crowd tbh

I agree that they're going to win game 2 in a blowout, but Spurs already did their job..just have to win both home games now, which they should be able to do..

The Spurs gameplan for game 2 is to just keep it close... not because you don't want to get blown out, but because this Nugs team is inexperienced, and those buttholes are going to get really tight if this is a game going into the 4th quarter, IMO.
Sure, but regardless, getting them down 3-1 going back to Denver(which is a realistic goal) is when the real pressure will test them..
We don't necessarily have players with deep playoff experience who can come through consistently in the clutch either. Not this team.
