Agree. This feels like it will be 2-2 after 4. It’s not like the spurs played great last night, even though I’m very glad they grinded it out at the end.

While very true, the Spurs as a higher seed always were always infinitely more dangerous than any of the lower seeded teams they faced. This Denver team lacks the star power that the Spurs teams of the past had. I think Spurs go up 3-1 after the home crowd gets a hold of Denver.

The Spurs gameplan for game 2 is to just keep it close... not because you don't want to get blown out, but because this Nugs team is inexperienced, and those buttholes are going to get really tight if this is a game going into the 4th quarter, IMO.

I agree/ Our guys will get a chance to see if they have the right stuff and killer execution in a close 4th quarter/ Even if we lose by some freak, the experience alone for our young guys will be great.

I was driving through Denver on the highway a couple years ago and the guy in front of me was driving really slow. As I passed him I was gonna give him a 'wtf' look, but he looked at me with a very stoned 'heeey duuude' look and I just had to smile. Their economy is thriving!

It’s just one win. The better team will win over the next 7 games. Tim, Yony, and Manu have dropped a first game to the Nuggets and then cruised through the rest of the series. I’m not saying the Nuggets have the maturity to win in 7, but they have the talent, so we’ll see.

It's just 1 game guys. Nuggets still are superior enough in talent.

Once they make some of the open 3s they got but LaMarcus is still stuck in an endless double team loop Spurs are toast.
