It worked for game 1. Think I'll pop some more now!
Let's get a win and really take control of this series.
OP with the great game thread as always.
It worked for game 1. Think I'll pop some more now!
This is a must win for nuggets. We'll get their best punch. If we are able to keep it close or even win, there's no doubt in my mind we win games 3 and 4.
If we lose by 25 or more, than we will likely split 3 and 4.
Seriously. I'll take Beasley over those two any day of the week.
Why? This is the playoffs, weird stuff happens and the teams are well matched talent wise. There could be blowouts either way due to 3pt shooting. It doesn't mean anything these days
Yeah, the Nuggets should cover this pretty easily tbh.
I'll go with Denver 110 Spurs 99...
If the Spurs managed to steal another one then get your brooms out tbh.
I wonder if this will make Kawhi play scared the rest of the playoffs.
DON'T RELAX. DON'T LET THEM OFF THE FLOOR. GO FOR THE KILL TONIGHT
lmao, this
Nugs are shook. Take this game and it's over. Hope the guys are not satisfied with one win. They didn't even play very well in G1 so the chance to win again is real imo
This...
Wear that chubby dude Yolk itch out from the start. Go at him every time.
Thanks BillMc ...
I mean he took last playoffs off, so why not this one? Can't risk that New Balance deal....
Imo whoever wins this game wins this series. I do expect Denver to win 1 in SA
Denver needs to win 1 in San Antonio to win the series....
I mistyped now read it
Oddly throwing his bench under the bus. Why make excuses? Just go out and prove you are the better team. I guess it doesn't help matters that a guy in the G-League last year was the one that led the Spurs to victory.
I say that mostly because of Denvers inexperience in the playoffs. Their confidence level will dictate their level of play. So Blowing us out will give them swagger back and have them feeling good coming into San Antonio. A close win, or a loss may give them some sense of doubt, especially since now they will have to win on the road.
A lot of this game is between the ears. A team like Golden State or Spurs back in the day, it would have not mattered whether they lost by 1 or 50, It was always on to the next game. But a young inexperienced team like Denver...it matters.
Right now Denver is probably slightly feeling pressure. If we gain a lead in the 4th quarter they are going to start playing tight. Thats why i'm hoping we can keep it close.
But honestly I am anticipating a blow out. But we'll see.
Go Spurs Go!
(Try not to get blown out by 30 please.)
He might be less-inclined to drive to the basket and take less contested jumpers.
LA needs to have a good game. That’s a good chance for his legacy
