Very weird system they have that seems to just reward stats and +/- which would sway in the direction of teams with the most overall talent. But no one would say a guy like Danny Green has more "star power" than DeRozan or LMA. Yet neither Spur is on and list, and Danny Green, a role player, has Star Power, supposedly.

as long he plays the 41 home games
as long he plays against the stronger teams
rest him against lottery teams
