Whenever you see the word ‘substantial’ in the Mueller report it means ‘indictable’: Ex-federal prosecutor
Former federal prosecutor Cynthia Alksne told MSNBC on Friday that the clear language of the Mueller report shows that, were it not for Department of Justice rules protecting him,
President Donald Trump would likely be indicted on multiple counts of obstruction of justice.
“This is basically a prosecutive memo,”
“Repeatedly he uses the term ‘substantial evidence’ to support the claim that
Trump tried to get McGahn to fire Mueller,
‘substantial evidence’ that Trump tried to get McGahn to lie about whether or not he tried to fire Mueller,
‘substantial evidence’ about whether or not he tried to get the investigation limited.”
“As I look at this in its entirety, what I see is
Mueller saying ‘this is what I would have done,'”
“He would have been indicted whenever you see that substantial evidence, but for the OLC memo, and
leaves it up to Congress to do what they think is appropriate to follow what justice needs.”

I'd like the Dems to ask Mueller, in a public Congressional hearing, under oath if he would have, if not for the OLC, indicted Trash
Sarah Huckabee Sanders Accuses Media of Anti-Liar Bias
WASHINGTON —Reacting to the journalist April Ryan’s call for her to be fired, the White House press secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, said, on Friday, that
she has been the victim of the media’s “widespread anti-liar bias.”
“From their obsession with fact-checking to their relentless attacks on falsehoods, the media have made no secret of their bias,”
Sanders said. “
It’s open season on liars in America.”
“This is media hypocrisy at its very worst,” she added.
“The same journalists who advocate freedom of speech want to take that freedom away from anyone whose speech consists entirely of lies.”
“This is nothing more or less than a direct attack on the lying life style,” she said.
“You take away my right to lie and you take away my ability to earn a living.”
Kellyanne Conway, the White House senior counsellor, spoke out in support of Sanders, telling reporters,
“An attack on one liar is an attack on all liars.”
“Our country has seen some dark days,
from the Bowling Green Massacre
to the bugging of the White House microwave,” she said.
“But this might be the darkest.”

political hitman, bad-faith Barr and his cheap-ass dirty tricks
Good luck finding the Mueller report on the Justice Department’s website
DOJ makes it very easy to find Attorney General William Barr's misleading, politicized speech on the report.

Barr Widely Condemned For Deception On Mueller Findings
https://www.nationalmemo.com/barr-widely-condemned-for-deception-on-mueller-findings/
for starters, report all contacts to the FBI, like they're briefed to do so.
then later when brought in for questioning, dont lie about it.
Which contacts? The FBI informants or Fusion GPS?
1. "The investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities."
2. "The investigation examined whether [contacts between Russia and Trump figures] involved or resulted in coordination or a conspiracy with the Trump Campaign and Russia, including with respect to Russia providing assistance to the Campaign in exchange for any sort of favorable treatment in the future. Based on the available information, the investigation did not establish such coordination."
3. "The investigation did not establish that [Carter] Page coordinated with the Russian government in its efforts to interfere with the 2016 election."
4. "The Office did not identify evidence in those [contacts between Russians and people around Trump after the GOP convention] of coordination between the Campaign and the Russian government."
5. "The Office did not identify evidence of a connection between Manafort's sharing polling data and Russia's interference in the election ... [and] the investigation did not establish that Manafort otherwise coordinated with the Russian government on its election-interference efforts."
6. "The investigation did not establish that these [contacts between Russians and people around Trump during the transition] reflected or cons uted coordination between the Trump Campaign and Russia in its election interference activities."
7. "The investigation did not identify evidence that any U.S. persons conspired or coordinated with the [Russian disinformation campaign]."
you should check out that mueller report... think it came out yesterday
hahahahahaha!!!!!!!
Remember when you were ing the football after your hero's henchman put out a FRAGMENTED sentence and I told you that he did not include Mueller's FULL context? Remember you threw a tantrum and parroted "no collusion?"
Here is your FULL Mueller sentence broken down - and it seems like you ed the football too early;
Imagine if, in Attorney General William Barr's March 24 four-page "principal conclusions" letter, he had informed Congress and the public that special counsel Robert Mueller had found in his investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election that it "established that the Russian government perceived it would benefit from a Trump presidency and worked to secure that outcome, and that the Campaign expected it would benefit electorally from information stolen and released through Russian efforts."
That is, in fact, a direct quote from Mueller. Yet Barr chopped off this crucial language and instead gave us only the back half of the very same sentence: "the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities." Barr's calculated, selective quotation of one sentence of Mueller's gave the American people a slanted and inaccurate view of Mueller's actual findings.
if that sentence is not "collusion" AND "conspiracy" I don't know what is
You should answer the question. Which contacts? The FBI informants or Fusion GPS?
Refuse to see - just hang on tight to that cult vision! ^
lololol
There was clearly an expectation from anyone paying attention either in or out of Trumps campaign that Hillary's email scandal would benefit Trump electorally.
I don't see how you can possibly extrapolate collusion from that sentence.
except
trump team was coordinating the whole time
trump asked russia to hack a usa citizen
trump team begged wikileaks for more dumps
trump sided with putin when told the entire world intel community unanimously concluded russia attacked the usa
etc
but you dont care about that amirite?
don't strain your back moving that goalpost, numbnuts.
Irrelevant. They should've reported the contacts.
Period.
but they ALL "forgot", lied, obstructed for 2 years,
because they were all innocent, were all operating in good-faith, above-board.
lots of ongoing matters with Wikileaks and The Trump campaign![]()
dont strain your back carrying water for criminals who played nice with russia to destroy your democracy - you piece of
14 investigation spun from russia case
12 completely redacted
all just a coincidence
I think people who push the collusion theory are tin-foil hat wearing re s. It's a stupid ing sideshow.
The real concern here is the obstruction charge. The report's basic conclusion is that reasonable minds could differ on whether the President committed obstruction of justice. That is a huge ing deal.
