Murray and Walker are the future of this team. White and Forbes were the interim starting backcourt but they are worse starting backcourt in NBA

Sounds like you described patty mills. Still no reason to play that manlet over white our best defender. Give him a chance to have a good quarter, he could come up with clutch steals and rebounds.

Seems like we've been posting this same stat since 2016. He is just not a playoff performer. Sad that it's not a prerequisite to be a "leader" these days.
This is reality. He's a good bench player for the regular season. In the playoffs, he's too small to get off a good clean shot.

Have always liked White but he was ing terrible in this game I really hope it was his foot giving him problems vs him just sucking.
Sure was talking about Mills. He is the only player that has a thorough understanding of "the system" as Shaq calls it. Yet he is being paid the 3rd highest an was incredibly pesky, hard working and ultimately unproductive during the series.
White should be in the game for Defensive purposes
Yes the run did occur with Derrick White being on the bench but right now he still is the better starting option at point guard unless Dejounte Murray has gotten better at setting up his teammates, shooting jumpers and 3's, and finishing at the rim.
Im very excited to see how everything plays out in the off season with the young guys. I'm really excited about Lonnie Walker's progression as a player though. I just feel out of all the young players he has a chance to become an actual star due to his athleticism, shoot creating ability, shooting form, and ideal frame for his position. He seems to want to be great and if he puts in the work and stay healthy I feel he has a great chance.
Other than he was playing through about 3 or 4 different injuries, which would make you curl up in a ball and cry to your mother when she brings your sandwiches down to the basement but hey, you’re mr know it all.
