Nuggets in 5, we have advantages everywhere. We will get massacred in the WCF though.

Why because they eeked out a win at home against a team that had 4 point in 6 minutes? Because they're a front running team that curls up when the opposing offense goes on runs? Cause they gassed their best player in the first round. Because Terry Craig their "adjustment" will be torched by someone who can make a shot?

Because Jokic is really good, but he can be slowed down. Then you have a bunch of rooks around. It’s not that the Blazers are this great team either, but if Kanter can play, they should have little problem, IMO.

It’s all academic anyways, this is the Rockets and Dubs Conference to lose.

Yeah, see my previous post. Kanter can be a big factor though, it’s what gives them good spacing.

I think Denver has a better outlook going forward, but right now, a healthy Blazers team is more seasoned and complete, IMVHO

I disagree, they are just another team trying to out warrior the warriors. Jokic is great but he's also a beneficiary of the new NBA and less big men, the Spurs showed how to beat them, let him go off, and have one solid defender on Murray. I don't think they'll every be better than second round, because they'd need Murray to make that jump and I don't think he's a player that will.

They just need to surround Jokic with a better mix of vets and young guns. That might mean trading Murray if he becomes too expensive and s their cap situation. Even though today’s NBA is largely all about 3s, it’s the same dynamic with Portland, you need that savvy big that can score, pass and open the floor for shooters.

The biggest issue I have with the Blazers is that they’ll always have a low ceiling while Terry Stotts is in the sidelines. This is a guy that never figured out for a whole series that Beli was a defensive liability, tbh...

Blazers in 5 or 6. They are going to force switch jokic on lillard or c.j and he cant defend anything. Probably gonna foul out most of the time.

pretty much this...Rockets/Warriors is the most anticipated second round series since Mavs/Spurs in 06 imo.
