Even though I don't like her at all, the real hero is indisputably Nancy Pelosi, tbh... she made sure to rein in the more vocal faction of the Democrats against reflexive impeachment, a move that would've been unwise given the Mueller's report spin by the acting AG, and probably costly for her party overall.
