    Good lord. Of all the places where this is needed. San Francisco has to be Top 10 in America for homeless drug use and overall theft. This technology is ideal for San Francisco.

    no not facial recognition because we need more funds to clean this human excrement from our sidewalks instead. california is a mess but still a beautiful state with tons of potential.
