It doesn't matter where he goes but he's the one who said he wasn't going to play anywhere but LA. So if he stays in a region with weather he cannot tolerate, that's on him. They'll cheer for him in any city, because he plays both ends and doesn't run his mouth.
Kawhi's decision is a win/win, tbh. If he leaves for LA, his whole charade will get exposed. If he stays in Toronto, he stays the out of the West.
