Just lining his pockets with foreign gov't bribes the way any criminal would do.
Citing Iran as a threat, Trump has declared a national emergency and used that as a loophole through which to make an arms deal with Saudi Arabia.
Do you think that Trump had sufficient cause to declare a national emergency? Would other channels have been more appropriate for attempting to push through the arms deal? Or should he have backed off on the whole thing?
What do you think he might try to use emergency powers to do in the future?

To go to the questions: No he didn't. The only emergency was that someone who loans him and his family a lot of money wanted something. He should have gone through Congress.
I shudder to think what he might do. If history is any guide, he may try to nullify the results of the next election if he loses as "rigged".
